If you decide to sign up to our On-Hire team, we will give you an induction pack containing all the details and forms needed for you to fill out. We will ask you for your details, which includes a list of your skills and abilities, and previous work references. This will allow us to find the right assignment tailored to you. Once the induction is completed, you will be asked to attend an interview, you will need to bring with you your TFN, Bank Details, Superannuation Details, and your current Resume. Once we find a suitable assignment for you, we will give you a call and discuss the details and see if you are available for the job.

speediestaffsolutions is often approached by a Host Employer looking for casual workers on very short notice. If you sign up with SSS as an “on-call” worker it will be expected that you will:

Be contactable most of the time.
Keep your mobile telephone charged and turned on.
Be available for work with short notice.
Only accept work that you genuinely intend to perform.
Always notify your speediestaffsolutions consultant immediately if you are unable to work, or are running late.
