A: speediestaffsolutions handles all wages, superannuation, workers compensation and administration, the host employer does not have to worry about any of that.
Q: How does the employer know SSS will find a suitable candidate?
A: Candidates are selected on the basis of the host Employers identified needs. All candidates are interviewed “face to face” by our On Hire Consultants and must complete a comprehensive induction prior to placement. A minimum of 2 reference checks are carried out for all candidates prior to placement to ensure that our staff are of the highest quality.
Q: What can the employer do if the person becomes unsuitable?
A: Contact speediestaffsolutions immediately and the employee will be replaced as soon as possible.
Q: Are we able to trial an employee through speediestaffsolutions to assess there suitability for a fulltime position with our company?
A: Trialling staff through SSS is a very popular method, speediestaffsolutions can set this up for as little or as long as you like with no commitment to a set number of hours.
